26 years old Simeon Ngutorm charged with 7 counts of fraud in Benue State( Photo)

The EFCC, Makurdi Zonal office has arraigned one Simeon Ngutor Ngugban, 26, a suspected fraudster.

He was arraigned before Justice M. A. Ikpambese of the High Court of Benue State, Makurdi.

Simeon was docked on a seven-count charge bordering on forgery and possession of documents containing false pretence.
