788 Almajiris back to their home states from Nasarawa amid Coronavirus pandemic (Photos)

The Nasarawa state government has sent 788 almajiris back to their various home states.

This move comes amid efforts by the state government to stop the spread of the novel Coronavirus in the state. 

The state governor ,  Abdullahi Sule, who supervised the deportation of the first batch of the Almajiris, said the decision is in good faith, with no bad motive, adding that the Almajiris were being sent back so their parents can take better care of them.

The first batch left the state on Sunday May 3.
