The chairman All Progressives Congress (APC) in Akwa Ibom state ,Ini
Okopido, has died after some complications with his some of his organs.
According to The Nation, a chieftain
of the APC confirmed the tragic development which took place on Wednesday,
August 5.
The top member of the ruling party
in the state revealed that the deceased chairman died at the Ibom
Multispecialty Hospital (IBH), Uyo. Reports have it that Okopido died of
multiple organ failure at the renowned hospital.
