All Progressive Congress APC, National Stakeholders Supporters Forum (NSSF) has inaugurated national executive council to oversee the affairs of the Forum ahead of the 2023 general election.

Some of these national leaders include, National Leader, Hon. Yusuf Ardo, National women leader, Mrs. Vivian Sonny-Nsirim, North Central Zonal Chairman, Hon. Hamisu Abdulmuminu, National Secretary, Engr. Ositadinma Okafor.

Speaking during the inauguration in Abuja yesterday, the national leader, Hon. Yusuf Ardo charged the new leaders to be committed to their duties and also to make their inputs count in the activities of the party and the electioneering campaign.

According to him, there is no better time to do it than now. We are in the electioneering campaign period, anybody that failed to participate in politics now must have to wait for another eight years and that is not good.

“If we can put our hands on deck to correct the wrongs things what some of our leaders have done, there would be a clear success for our party APC.

“The leadership of today has done their best but a lot needs to be done and the opposition is keenly watching. They are watching every one of our steps, all mistakes are recorded with the red pen. They are ready to collect power from APC come 2023.

“We must do the needful by presenting the capable candidate to fly our ticket because no matter how good the political party is, if we have a bad candidate, automatically, we have lost the election, and that starts from the party leadership.

Speaking with journalists on the sidelines of the event, the National women leader, Vivian Sonny-Nsirim, disclosed that women have been sidelined for so many years and now we want our voice to be heard.

“As a women leader in this Nobel organization, I will use my platform that has about millions of followers and every other platform that I can to encourage women to come out and support women.”

According to her, women are the backbone of society, and for us to attain that position, we women are supposed to be part of decision making.

She also charged every woman to get their voters’ card ready to come out and vote for their choice and it is time to support capable Women that can lead.
