BBNaija’s Cindy called out for wearing ‘free dress and not fulfilling an agreement’ (See proof)

Cindy has been called out by a boutique owner for allegedly not fulfilling her own side of an agreement after being given a free dress.

The boutique owner who called out the Big Brother Naija Reality Show star, said she expected Cindy to tag her handle in a photo of the dress she shared on Instagram. She also claimed that after she called Cindy to point out the ‘mistake’, she hissed and ended the phone call.
