Churches advised to be more security conscious

Christians in Nigeria has been congratulated in thanksgiving to Almighty God on the release of one of Bishop Joseph Masin, who was kidnapped on Wednesday the 27th May 2020.  

CAN in a press statement by General Secretary, Bar J.B. Daramola appreciates all for their prayers and other efforts in the release of the Bishop.

The Christian body thanked the family and Church members of Bishop Masin, for their faith in God, the Federal Government, Nasarawa State Government, the Nigeria Police Force and the Media for their efforts and concerns.
CAN also thanked it’s President Rev. (Dr.) Samson ‘Supo Ayokunle for his unwavering role towards the prompt release while calling on churches in the country to be more security conscious and to ensure adequate security for Pastors and Leaders, in order to prevent a reoccurrence.
