Father In Custody For allegedly Torturing His Daughters With Hammer, Knives, And Iron Rod (Photos)

A Togolese father of four girls has been arrested in Enugu State for allegedly brutalising his daughters with weapons such as a hammer, knives, and iron rods.

Enugu Zonal Command of the National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons (NAPTIP) arrested Johnson Monday Achiso at Ugwuaji area in Enugu Metropolis following a tip off by concerned members of the public within the area.

The suspect has been accused of constantly inflicting grievous harm on his children using available weapons.

The children have been rescued and are currently at the NAPTIP Shelter for comprehensive rehabilitation, while the suspect is at the holding centre of the Agency undergoing further interrogation with the aim of unraveling the reason behind his grievous action.
