HON. Alex Ogbe Visits Otukpo Prison, Donates Relief Materials, Pay Fine For Inmates (Photos)

The managing director Ochacho Foundation and Otukpo/Ohimini Federal House of Representatives aspirant for the 2023 elections, Hon. Alex Ogbe Enokela, has paid a visit to the Nigeria Correctional Center at Asa 1, Otukpo, Benue State.

Hon. Alex Ogbe who during the visit, donated relief materials such as food items, football, sets of Jerseys, also called on all those inmates to turn a new leaf immediately they go out while shunning anything that brought them to the correctional centre.

The Federal Lawmaker hopeful after taking a tour of the prison yard paid the fines of all inmates due for release.

Ogbe, while speaking said, “God has made it possible for us to see the condition of this vicinity today, we’ll continue to do what we can to make it a bit better than what it is now by first rebuilding the fallen down walls immediately.

“We will continue to supply free water every week like we’ve been doing before now. I’ll loved to be contacted personally whenever anyone of the inmates is due for release and needs to pay up his fine but can’t afford to.”

A representative of the staff of the correctional centre, who identified himself as Inspector Okoh, extoled Hon. Ogbe said, “You’re have demonstrated uncommon love and compassion towards this place even before today, by supporting the facility in different ways and went on to pray that God will grant your heart desires and make the source of your resources blossom more”.
