Pastor Dr John Elaigwu Odogbo from ogwule agatu has emerged ad the Ochi’Idoma Iv.
Dr Elaigwu polled 19 votes to defeat his closest rival Arch Sunny Echono who is the permanent secretary of ministry of education.
The new ochi’idoma was later presented to the acting ochi’idoma and the Ada’Enone Engr George Edeh at his place in Otukpo.
