March and April allowance will be paid without clearance- NYSC

The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has promised to pay the allowances for March and April despite lockdown order in order to curtail the spread of Coronavirus.

Director-General, NYSC,Brigadier-General Shuaibu Ibrahim, in a statement by the Director of Public Affairs, Mrs. Adenike Adeyemi appealed to corps members to remain calm as the allowances will be paid soon.

Adeyemi said that the absence of monthly clearance exercise will not hinder the payment of allowances.

“You are all enjoined to stay calm, stay safe, observe safety precautions given from time to time by the National Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) and always stay tuned to our traditional and new media platforms,” she said.
