Married nursery worker jailed for having sex with 13yr boy and having his baby

Leah Cordice a married nursery worker who gave birth to the baby she had with a 13-year-old boy has been jailed for 30 months.

Cordice, 20, seduced the teen when she was 17 after a series of sexual encounters which began following a drunken night out in January 2017.

The sexual relationship began after Cardice entered the boy’s bedroom and pulled the teen’s trousers down and begged for sex.

She also sent the teenager complimentary text messages and bought him presents of fish and chips, while keeping the relationship hidden from her husband.

Prosecutors said the victim and Cordice had both lived in the same area of Windsor and had known each other for many years before the abuse began.

In a victim impact statement, the boy said he had been diagnosed with separation anxiety by a psychologist, which was a result of him having his child taken away by social services.

Judge Clarke sentenced Cordice to 30 months detention in a Young Offenders’ Institution and said she would be subject to a Sexual Harm Prevention Order for 10 years.

She will also have to sign the Sex Offenders’ Register.

Cordice had been living with her husband at the time of the offence, and had believed the little girl was his own, unaware of the affair.
