NLC Protests On Minimum Wage Reclassification (Pictures)

The Nigeria Labour Congress, NLC, and its allies,on Wednesday, embarked on a nationwide protest over the alleged attempts by some elements at the National Assembly to remove the Minimum Wage from the Exclusive Legislative List to the Concurrent Legislative List. 

The protest in Abuja, stated started from the Unity Fountain Abuja at 7:30 am to the National Assembly complex.

The bill was sponsored by Garba Datti Mohammed of Sabon Gari Federal Constituency, Kaduna State, and has passed the first and second reading in the House of Representatives.
