Popular Yoruba Comedian, Baba Suwe is Dead.

Real Names, Babatunde Omodina, a talented comic actor died on Monday after a lengthy battle with an unknown Illness.

Omidina, who was born August 22, 1958, graced the Nigerian TV screen for decades bringing joy to several homes.

He was married to Omoladun Omidina, who died in September 2009. He dominated Yoruba movie industry for decades, featured in several movies and bagged many awards.

His death was announced by his daughter, Adesola Omidina. She stating; “This is to announce the sudden death of my father, Babatunde Omidina, the legend and rare gem, Baba Suwe on November 11, 2021. Details and other arrangements will be announced shortly.”
