The Executive Chairman of Otukpo Local Government Hon. George Alli has made known his intention to build another block of classrooms, this time around at LGEA primary school, Onaje, in Ugboju-Icho ward.
Hon. Alli disclosed this on social media via his verified Facebook account on Wednesday, November 8th, 2021.
The Chairman while thanking the people of Otukpo Local Government for their continued love and support toward his administration said the decision to build another school in Onaje is a direct response to calls and appeals from concerned indigenes of the community.
Alli also said the report of an assessment team deployed from council to the community indicated that ….”the school physical structure needs urgent attention and has accordingly directed the works department to swing into action”.
“Also, our project next point of call will be in Allan ward, Akpa. We understand that we have a lot of grounds to cover in terms of the infrascturctual needs of our people”, Hon. Alli further stated.
The chairman since his assumption of office in 2016, has so far executed 28 projects in different parts of the 13 council wards of Otukpo Local Government.
