President National Association Of Nigerian Students (NANS) impeached By The Senate

The Senate arm of the National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS) has impeached the Association’s President, Comrade Danielson Bamidele Akpan.

According to reports, the Senate arm of the Association impeached Comrade Danielson Bamidele for corruption, misappropriation of funds, incompetence, tenure extension, and many other reasons was done in the mid hours of Tuesday.

The impeachment was done when the Senate arm summoned the members on an emergency meeting which was a virtual one and was aired over the Zoom application.

After the impeachment, Comrade Chidi Ilogebe was sworn in instantly.

The impeached President, he was a graduate of an institution in Nasarawa State about 12 years ago.
