TOPIC: POWERING VISION UNTO FULFILMENT
SCRIPTURE: Son of man, what is that proverb that ye have in the
land of Israel, saying, The days are prolonged, and every vision
faileth? Tell them therefore, Thus saith the Lord GOD; I will make this proverb to cease, and they shall no more use it as a proverb in Israel; but say unto them, The days are at hand, and the effect of
every vision. Ezekiel 12:22-23
THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: Never conclude that you know where
God is going until God takes you there.
It has been confirmed that vision is the secret of the future.
Therefore, vision failure is a major challenge in the journey of life. If
vision must be fulfilled, it must be powered unto fulfilment.
Whatever God wants you to do, whatever it is that is in your heart, if
it must be fulfilled, it must be powered unto fulfilment.
So, what does it take to power vision unto fulfilment?
- The maintenance of intimacy with God.
In the journey of vision, it is critical to camp with God. Never
conclude that you know where God is going until God takes you
there (Genesis 22:1-18). - The practice of continual review (Habakkuk 2:2).
The realization of vision is tied to the review of vision. What you
look at occasionally will never see the light of day but what you
review continually, you realize. - The maintenance of the right company (Proverbs 13:20).
Visions and potentials germinate and grow in the climate of the
right company. - Connection to prophetic impartation. This is where spiritual
power is literarily pushed into a person’s life (Hosea 12:13).
Beloved, engage these four forces and your vision will be powered
unto fulfilment. If you have experienced the failure of vision before, the last time shall be the last forever, in Jesus’ Name.
Remember this: Never conclude that you know where God is going
until God takes you there.
ASSIGNMENT(S):
- Make demands on the Help of God for the fulfilment of your visions.
- Follow the four steps outlined in today’s devotion to ensure the
fulfilment of your visions. - If you are without visions, make out time and prayerfully write
out what you want to achieve in life and let it be in alignment with
the Will of God.
PRAYER: Lord, help me not to conceive visions that are not in
alignment with Your Will. Lord, I ask for Your backing as I work towards the fulfilment of my visions, in Jesus’ Name.
