TOPIC: THE COMMUNION SPEAKS
SCRIPTURE: He that eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, dwelleth in me, and I in him. As the living Father hath sent me, and I live by the Father: so he that eateth me, even he shall live by me. John 6:56-57
THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: As you take the Body of Christ, and drink His Blood, it is an action, but that action is a statement.
The Holy Communion is one of the provisions of God for the wholeness and wellness of His people. The early Church was a strong and healthy Church because it was a Church that permanently fed literally on the Holy Communion (Acts 2:42).
In church, we have received all manner of testimonies, miracles, signs and wonders as people take the Communion: A lady whose menstrual cycle had ceased for one year, took the Communion, and immediately she took it, she had not even dropped the Communion cup when she felt the flow. She had to run to the toilet. Thus her menstrual cycle was miraculously restored.
The Communion is a multi-purpose drug.
Now, how does it work?
- The Communion transmits the very sickless life of Jesus Christ into the life of the believer (John 6:56-57). Verse 57 says, … so he that eateth me, even he shall live by me. That is, “I Am the One living through him.” And revelation is the secret of manifestation.
Beloved, I see that sickless life of Jesus Christ stepping into your
life today, and the spirit of death and disease is permanently uprooted out of your life.
- The Communion announces what Christ did for us on the Cross of Calvary. Every time you take the Communion, you are announcing what happened on Calvary to the devil, sickness, infirmity, etc. (1 Corinthians 11:26). So, when you take the Body of Christ, and drink His Blood, it is an action, but that action is a statement.
Now, if the devil is trying to impose an affliction on your body, by the power of Calvary, that affliction is arrested, in Jesus’ Name.
Remember this: When you take the Body of Christ, and drink His Blood, it is an action, but that action is a statement.
ASSIGNMENT(S):
- Refuse to take the Communion casually; take it with revelation.
- Make some declarations to the devil with the Communion as you take it in Church and at home.
PRAYER: Lord, I connect with the sickless Life of Jesus Christ as I take the Communion. I live in good health and vitality. I refuse to be sick, and I cannot be sick, Lord in Jesus’ Name.
