Wikipedia has compiled a list of top 5 Africa’s richest kings and the ranking was published by Forbes magazine in 2014.

It should be noted the information regarding the king and their wealth was edited on its website on Thursday, May 28.

1. King Mohammed VI of Morocco – $2bn (Morocco) 2. King Fredrick Obateru Akinruntan – $300m (Nigeria) 3. King Olubuse II, late Ooni of Ife – $75m (Nigeria)
2. King Mswati III, the Ngwenyama of Eswatini – $50m (Eswatini)
